Scott Botcher currently serves as Village Manager for the Village of Fox Point, WIsconsin. Mr. Botcher has 16 years of experience, having previously served as City Manager of Chanhassen, Minnesota; City Administrator of Delafield, Wisconsin, and City Manager of Paola, Kansas. He possesses a MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, an MPA from Hamline University, and a BS from Winona State University.

Sandy Botcher is the Vice President of Campus and Event Experiences at Northwestern Mutual. Botcher is also the chairperson for the Campus Connection project, leading the company’s downtown expansion project. She has previously worked in private practice as a trial lawyer in Kansas City and Milwaukee, and holds a law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota.

Scott and Sandy have two children: daughter Lauren, 23, an analyst at Bank of America; and son Bryan, 20, a hockey goalie at Babson College in Boston.
