Scott Botcher currently serves as Village Manager for the Village of Fox Point. Mr. Botcher has approximately 16 years experience, previously serving as City Manager of Chanhassen, Minnesota, City Administrator of Delafield, Wisconsin, and City Manager of Paola, Kansas. 

Scott possesses a MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, an MPA from Hamline University, and a BS from Winona State University.

Scott and his wife Sandy, an Executive Officer at Northwestern Mutual, have two children: daughter Lauren, 23, an analyst at Bank of America; and son Bryan, 20, a hockey goalie at Babson College in Boston.
